Join our specialty cheese expert and manager, Catherine Cushing, for an overview of Cheese 101! Sample local blue , blossoming rind, goat and cheddar cheese – delicious!! Included will be a short film on “Cheese Making – How blue cheese is made” as well as a cost analysis of cheese. Please join us for this informative, fun, and yummy cheese class in our cafe.
