Free Tasting: Fair Trade Chocolate

Leah Madsen will be visiting from Equal Exchange and she is a wealth of knowledge about Fair Trade practices and slave-free chocolate. Although their orchard is over 100 years old, their cidery is still in its infancy.  They first began turning their numerous delicious apples into hard cider in 2011, and it started with a whisper, not a bang. Join us for a tasting of Eden Cider and Bluet Blueberry Wine! Eden's specialty ciders reflect the cold winter climate and apple heritage of Northern New England. Their cider is pressed once a year from rare, heirloom, and Old-World varietal apples that are grown in various orchards in the Northeast Kingdom.
